This series of battery is used to power the Sony Prosumer series cameras such as the DSR-PD170, DSR V10, and HVR-Z1.
The operating time for playing and recording will vary upon whether use is continuous or interrupted (start/stop, zooming, power on/off). Times are approximate.
Continuous recording time = 8 hrs. using the LCD screen, 9 hrs. Using only the viewfinder.
Interrupted recording time = 5 hrs using the LCD screen, 6 hrs using only the viewfinder.
Playing time = 9 hrs using the LCD screen, 10 hrs with LCD closed.
